[10,000 SHU] Bishop's Crown is a bell-shaped chilli, not terribly hot at 10,000 on the Scoville scale and you can eat the whole thing raw without problems. It's loved for its fruity taste and meaty texture. It's cultivated all over Italy, especially in the southern regions of Calabria, Sicily, and Campania. Fit for any type of dish.
