[15,000 SHU][C.Annuum] Variety native to Gudzhou province in southwest China, in the mountainous region of Leigongshan (Thunder Mountain). This is the longest chilli variety in the world. 

Fruit:

The fruit are not very meaty and are downward-hanging. It appears to wrap around itself, almost like a snake. Delicate, pleasant flavor. It can reach 30 centimeters in length.

The color begins green, changing to red at maturation.

Plant:

The plant can reach 1.5 meters in height. It's recommended to use a rod or bamboo to support it in case of strong winds that make break the trunk.

Lie most Capsicum Annuum the fruits mature very quickly, about 5 months from germination. 

This plant has a high yield.

Good! This chilli is very similar in flavor to cayenne, with low heat but a few aromatic herbaceous notes. 

This variety is perfect for sun-drying thanks to its spindly shape. 

It can be used dried, but recommended dried and ground.

The powder obtained from this chilli is truly delicious.
