The chillies have a shape similar to that of a Scottish hat and are 2.5 cm wide and 4 cm long. They color from green to yellow when ripe. The aroma is incredibly varied, reminiscent of apricots, however, this special aroma is usually lost when heated or dried.

Rich in vitamin C and provitamin A, it is inevitable in the fantastic Jamaican Jerk chicken sauce, but also in which sauces with mango or papaya, with grilled pork and fish. Since the fruits are quite thin, they are also good for drying.

These chillies are excellent for those who want to try making Caribbean cuisine. So why not try to grow them to always have them at hand?
