[30,000 SHU] Hot pepper from the "cayenne" family, the plant is strong and easy to grow, the fruits are larger and meatier than the common cayenne. 

The fruits are 15-16 cm long with a diameter of about 2 cm, they are smooth to the touch. 

Initially, they are dark green in color, changing to red at maturation. 

If I could describe the flavor and consistency, I would say it seems like a cross between a cayenne and a jalapeno. 

It's often cut into little slices and used to flavor appetizers and sides. 

The flavor is likable and reminiscent of a bell pepper with a moderate level of spice but still perceptible.
