Charleston

The Charleston belongs to the Capsicum annuum.

This variety is resistant to the parasitic nematode worm and reaches a height of 60 cm.

The fruits have a conical shape, 9 cm long and 1 wide, with an initial green color that matures becomes yellow, then orange and red when ripe.

It is used in spicy sauces and in dishes that require fresh, dried and powdered chili.
